The Seventh Trumpet: Christ’s Reign Foreseen

¹⁵ Then the ^(A)seventh angel sounded; and there were ^(B)loud voices in heaven, saying,

“^(C)The kingdom of the world has become the kingdom of our Lord and of ^(D)His ^[a]Christ; and ^(E)He will reign forever and ever.” ¹⁶ And the twenty-four elders, who ^(F)sit on their thrones before God, ^(G)fell on their faces and worshiped God, ¹⁷ saying,

“We give You thanks, ^(H)Lord God, the Almighty, the One who is and who was, because You have taken Your great power and have begun to ^(I)reign.
